Q: I am a visitor in BC. Can I use your service?

Yes, visitors can access our service for a fee per visit. You can pay using a payment card when booking, or if a pharmacist books on your behalf, you'll receive a payment link from us.

Q: Is Avee Health available outside of BC?

Currently, we serve only BC residents.

Q: What should I expect during a telemedicine appointment?

Once your appointment is booked, our practitioner will call you around the scheduled time. You don't need to download an app or even own a smartphone; simply wait for a standard phone call. If a prescription is needed, it will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy, where you can obtain your medication with their assistance.

Q: Do I need special technology to use Avee Health?

No. If a pharmacy books your appointment, simply wait for the doctor's call. If you book the appointment yourself, just follow the booking steps on our website and wait for the call.

Q: How long in advance should I book an appointment?

We make it possible for you to book an appointment even a few minutes in advance. Try it yourself to see how quickly you can connect with a doctor!

Q: What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

After booking, you'll receive a unique link to manage your appointment. Use this link to cancel or reschedule as needed.

Q: If I book the appointment, can I be sure that I will be seen?

In over 96% of booked appointments, our doctors have successfully consulted with patients. However, if the doctor determines that your case is not suitable for telemedicine, they reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

Q: Can I book an appointment myself, or can only pharmacies book?

While pharmacies can assist with booking, you can also schedule your own appointment through our online booking system.

Q: I don't have a family physician. Can I ask your doctors to be my family physician?
