The Role
We're hiring a Senior PM to own product across our full platform: patient experience, physician tools, and pharmacy workflows. You'll report directly to the CPO and work at the intersection of clinical operations and technology, shaping how care gets delivered to hundreds of thousands of BC residents.
This isn't a backlog-grooming role. You'll be defining strategy, talking to doctors and pharmacists, and making real calls on what gets built.
What You'll Do
- Own the platform-wide roadmap across patient, physician, and pharmacy surfaces
- Stay close to the ground: our support relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and patients are a direct input into what we build, and you'll use that signal constantly
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and communicate progress clearly to the CPO and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ship high-quality experiences fast, in a team that values speed without chaos
- Use AI tools daily, not occasionally, to write sharper docs, synthesize feedback faster, and move with less friction
- Help establish how a small product team operates at its best as we scale
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in product, with meaningful ownership of end-to-end product areas
- Experience in healthtech, SaaS, or any platform that serves multiple user types (patients, providers, partners)
- Deeply comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity, etc.) as part of daily work, not as a novelty
- Strong instincts for when to go deep on data and when to trust operational judgment
- A communicator who can hold a room with a pharmacist, an engineer, and a physician on the same call
Bonus: PHIPA familiarity, experience with marketplace or multi-sided platforms, or a background in clinical operations
