What You'll Do

• Design doctor acquisition strategies: Develop and implement strategies to attract healthcare providers to our platform
• Manage marketing budget: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across channels
• Build brand through PR and storytelling: Create compelling narratives that resonate with our audience
• Develop content for organic demand: Create valuable content that drives organic traffic and engagement
• Experiment with growth channels: Test and iterate on new marketing channels and tactics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years marketing experience: Proven track record in marketing roles
• Strong digital campaign expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
• Data-driven approach: You make decisions based on data and analytics
• B2C and B2B growth marketing experience: Experience growing both consumer and business audiences
• Excellent execution skills: You can turn strategy into results
• Creative storytelling abilities: You can craft compelling narratives that drive action

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling user acquisition in healthcare or marketplace businesses
• Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare industry
