What You'll Do
- Run patient acquisition campaigns: Design and execute campaigns across digital channels to drive patient growth
- Design doctor acquisition strategies: Develop and implement strategies to attract healthcare providers to our platform
- Manage marketing budget: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across channels
- Build brand through PR and storytelling: Create compelling narratives that resonate with our audience
- Develop content for organic demand: Create valuable content that drives organic traffic and engagement
- Experiment with growth channels: Test and iterate on new marketing channels and tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years marketing experience: Proven track record in marketing roles
- Strong digital campaign expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
- Data-driven approach: You make decisions based on data and analytics
- B2C and B2B growth marketing experience: Experience growing both consumer and business audiences
- Excellent execution skills: You can turn strategy into results
- Creative storytelling abilities: You can craft compelling narratives that drive action
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling user acquisition in healthcare or marketplace businesses
- Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare industry
