About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead growth at Avee. You’ll own strategy and execution across acquisition, branding, content, and partnerships. Driving adoption from both patients and doctors. This role is ideal for someone who wants to do more than just plan campaigns. You’ll actually build them, test them, and scale what works.

You’ll play a critical role in growing Avee faster than ever before, making it the go-to platform for healthcare access across Canada.

What You’ll Do

• Run and optimize patient acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and organic channels.
  
• Design and execute doctor acquisition strategies across ads, outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
  
• Own marketing budget allocation, focusing on ROI and rapid testing.
  
• Build Avee’s brand through PR, thought leadership, and creative storytelling.
  
• Develop content that drives organic demand, blogs, patient education, social media.
  
• Experiment with new channels and tactics to unlock step-change growth.
  
• Partner with product, operations, and sales to ensure marketing impact across the business.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, ideally in healthcare, tech platforms, or service marketplaces.
  
• Strong track record running digital campaigns (Google, Meta, SEO/SEM).
  
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize every channel.
  
• Experience in both B2C and B2B growth marketing.
  
• Excellent execution skills. able to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
  
• Creative storyteller with content and branding experience.
  
• Comfortable with rapid experimentation in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success scaling patient/user acquisition in a healthcare or marketplace environment.
  
• Familiarity with Canadian healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
